Tual Gölyaka Residential Complex - Villa İstanbul— Architect's note
Set within a landscape-oriented masterplan, Tual Gölyaka embraces a design language that merges architecture and nature. SAY Studio was responsible for the complete interior coordination, covering concept design, technical documentation, and visualization for the social amenities and residential units.
In this project, daylight and material texture defined the character of each space — warm tones, clean geometry, and an open layout established a sense of ease and balance.
Through its consistent detailing and dialogue with the surrounding landscape, Tual Gölyaka embodies Dağ Holding’s vision of contemporary living in harmony with nature.
