Lefkoşada, Nicosia, Cyprus — Architect's note
The project began with a comprehensive master plan, envisioning a new urban fabric that harmonizes density, landscape, and daily life.
As the study evolved, one of the parcels was selected and developed into a fully designed prototype — from architectural form and façade articulation to interior layout, material strategy, and visualization.
This process allowed us to translate the broader planning vision into a tangible spatial experience, maintaining continuity between the master plan and the architectural identity
